Weddings, birthdays or anniversaries, The Orchard Bar Company loves the sound of a good time being had by all. We provide the highest standard mobile bar service and extensive drinks menu which means our clients can relax with their guests and thoroughly enjoy the event.

Since our business started in 2013 we have been the resident bar at Oaks Farm Weddings in Surrey. We now offer a fabulous mobile bar service that covers South London, Surrey, East and West Sussex. A bar shouldn’t just be hidden away in the corner of an event and we are proud owners of a great looking custom-made mobile bar that will provide an additional wow factor to any celebratory experience.

DRINKS

We offer flexible planning with careful attention to detail to make sure we provide that perfect tipple for every guest. So that’s why we offer an extensive drinks menu from draught beer, bottled lager and ale to spirits, wine and cocktails.

We also have a great team of experienced staff and for your peace of mind, all our bar managers hold a personal licence, we will organise licensing for the bar if needed and for the greatest convenience on the day, payments can be made by a mobile card terminal.

BAR OPTIONS

The Orchard Bar Company offers three bar options, ensuring the best possible budget solution. If something a little different is required, we are happy to arrange it.

THE CASH BAR

Quite simply, everyone pays for their own drinks with this option. Guests can conveniently make payments by cash or a mobile chip and pin card terminal.

THE PRE-PAID BAR

A really nice way to treat guests to a couple of drinks by putting an amount behind the bar. Once the limit has been reached the bar will revert to a cash bar.

THE TOKEN BAR

This is a quirky play on the pre-paid bar. It allows our clients to control their budget by allocating guests with drinks vouchers, with flexibility to hand out drinks at any time.
